Pros
No major holidays, no weekends set schedule, decent hours of operation, PTO, 401k, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, good people, management makes sure you take your lunch break and you’re not interrupted on it
Cons
Constantly busy, which is only bad because there’s not enough medical provider staff for the patient volume. The providers go at the speed they choose to go at which in the end keeps patients waiting for hours leading to many more issues and frustrations. Our front desk staff is also extremely unorganized. Everyone that is staffed here is very unhappy
