      Company-sponsored programs and events Great teamwork culture Plenty of opportunity due to growth Humana acquisition has provided more money for almost everything

      Cons

      There's so much to do that the company is a little behind with processes and technology. Lotus Notes? Yuck!

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
