      Pros

      I do enjoy working with some of the staff like the Medical Assistants and physicians. They really care about their patients' care. The benefits for healthcare are great since the company is owned by Humana.

      Cons

      I was hired for a position I did not apply for and it left me with a bad impression from the start. Management is very inconsistent in their policies and they provide no positive feedback. The training is non-existent. They throw you into the work right away and expect you to make no mistakes.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
