      Pros

      Before Select Medical took over, when Humana owned it.

      Cons

      Information Services Dept. is a mess! Tons of turnover since select medical purchased the company horrible management! toxic office culture. Poor project and resource planning coupled with unrealistic timelines. unfair treatment of staff Leadership so scared of CIO they will bury their direct reports.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
