      No Pros, no good pay,crazy amount of work, unorganized, unprofessional management, no consistancy, overall a horrible horrible place to work, run!, look the other way!

      Cons

      Bad Pay, unprofessional management, crazies run this place, disorganized, over all a death sentence to work there, dont do it.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
