      Pros

      It’s a job. Pay is okay, but only because you do multiple jobs.

      Cons

      Barely do work went to school for. Training for 2 weeks only is insanely short for all the tasks needed to learn. Took almost a month to get computer log ins to do anything on my own. I cringe every day I wake up to go.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
