Friendly people, opportunity to move up in the company as long as you are vocal about wanting to do so, good company for people to really stand out by going above and beyond the call of duty.
Cons
Unfair metrics used to compare clinics, constantly changing initiatives that often seem like busy work, very low emphasis on basic business skills that could be taught to employees to make clinics more profitable.
