      Schedule was set for the most part. Compensation competitive.

      Cons

      Excess focus on profits and decreased concern for patient care. Poor office facility for medical professionals. Inability to retain qualified clinicians.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
