      Pros

      Awesome coworkers. Bi-weekly check. Decent hours.

      Cons

      Management was poor. There was such a high turnover rate and it seems like they didn’t care. They would just add on more work to the people who were there without increasing compensation . On top of that you had to work referrals and take calls all day. They would offer overtime but found ways to make sure you didn’t want to work OT.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
