Pros
Pick up weekend and weekday shifts as they fit your schedule. Work at different clinics to get a feel of the various work environments. Standing desks and several support staff members.
Cons
High volume and no regard for personal life. They see everyone that walks in the door before close, expect to go home way after scheduled close on a regular basis, which is fine if you are a float physician (paid hourly) and sucks for staff physicians (salary). If you are staff, expect your 40hr work week to look like 50 hrs.
