      Pros

      You get a 30 minute lunch bteak.

      Cons

      Alot unqualified managers and supervisors. Too much paper work. No one to properly train you. Lack of staff.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
