Disposable Employees - Anonymous employee Concentra Employee Review

They treat their employees terribly. Their expectations are unrealistic and will fire you at the drop of a hat. You are disposable to this company. Want to work for someone that cares about their employees? Steer clear from Concentra! Concentra cares about making money. Not their employees. Not their patients. And certainly not the employers they work with. I would never recommend this company to anyone! They require their operations managers to oversee their medications. You know, NON licensed individuals? Yep! You heard me right. Operations is responsible for checking medications, but they aren't MA's, QMA's, nurses, etc. Pretty scary, right?
