      Pros

      Benefits after 3 months including 4 hours minimum of PTO accumulation per pay period.

      Cons

      Long hours, uncomplient patients, management, poor communication, toxic work environment. Company advertises itself as an urgent care but is mainly occupational medicine. Do not recommend for full scope Rad techs as you will do mostly MA duties. Rad techs are expected to learn MA duties quickly where MAs went to school for at least 9 months to learn duties.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
