      Coffee machine, you can drink as much as you want

      Cons

      Managers lie and blame there mistakes on the employees. Corporate does not care about employees. Very often close to 100 patients a day. Constant pressure to work fast. Physicians are bottom of the Barrel. Lies lies lies Back stabbing at every turn

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
