      Pros

      Only pro is that this is a good job for students finishing school.

      Cons

      No room for growth. Management only cares about how fast patients are checked out. Company does not show that they take care of employees. Management does not stick to routines. Always changes routines and adds more work for medical assistants.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
