      you will get alot of experience on the field, every procedure that you learn at shcool you will put it to the test

      Cons

      you have to be able to work hard, but do not spect no one to apreciated it.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
