      If you enjoy working hands on and having direct patient contact then this is a good place to really sharpen your skills, it's never boring.

      Cons

      The management, like I said earlier, the management can either make or BRAKE this company.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
