BEWARE CONCENTRA - Anonymous employee Concentra Employee Review

- Benefits are terrible - Pay is below average and raises are extremely low - High turnover - Not a company that allows growth - Don’t count on Concentra to pay a large portion of your tuition if you decide to go back to school. - Inexperienced upper management (COD) that have no idea how to deal with conflict or manage anyone. - Majority of the Drs and PTs are arrogant, lazy and run the clinic more than management. - You do NOT get paid for holidays when the company closes as a full time employee. They make you use your own accrued PTO in order to get paid for that day. - You are just a number to concentra, not a valued employee.
