      Pros

      Decent Benefits, Decent pay. Lots of room to move up.

      Cons

      Very metrics based model. Less focused on patient care, more on turn around time’s getting patients in and out QUICKLY. $$$ focused. Little recognition on positive, more focused on what you are not doing to make the metrics. Unrealistically high expectations of leadership within the centers.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
