      Pros

      Good staff, always something to do, great COD, plenty of overtime an good experience but hard work.

      Cons

      The company will take advantage of you if allowed. Concentra wouldn't be so bad if they actually paid you exceptional for what is asked of you. Perform several task with not so good equipment. Benefits are not so good.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
