      Pros

      Learned a lot. Fast paced.

      Cons

      Stressful and busy environment. I felt that it wasn't the best place to thrive and grow because of the business of the place. Management could train you better so that you are set up to succeed and not feel like you are drowning. Too many call outs with no staff to cover.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
