      The work day went by quickly.

      Cons

      There is not nearly enough training, the job is highly stressful, understaffed most of the time and the staff for the most part was not very helpful.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
