Won’t give employees the tools to help advance in the company. Worked for the company for 12 years only missed 2 days in the 12 years. Applied to advance in the company and they would not even consider me but they hire these other managers that think they know it all NOT smart decision. The higher ups won’t even give you the time of day they are more worried about the bottom line instead of patient care.
