      Pros

      Good people at the CLINICAL level.

      Cons

      Upper management had their own agenda which will never be shared with employees. Smoke screens and half-truths is all that you get until the other shoe drops and you find out that you have been deceived. They will also TARGET certain employees for termination and RIDE them until they quit...they won't fire you because they don't want to pay unemployment.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
