      Great work enviorment. Oppotunity to learn business

      We umder pay at every level, MA's which i truly fight for and COD's do not get nearly enough and work as hard as everyone to keep business flowing... I really enjoy company but salary is gonna hurt them.. Few people i know have one foot out the door....

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
