      Climbable ladder, good PTO, good benefits, good location

      Cons

      Underpaid, unstable, no trust, poor leadership, little or no training, too much bureaucracy, ancient processes, multiple hats syndrome

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
