      Good pay/benefits, Mon-Fri schedule, interdisciplinary approach

      Cons

      Too corporate! They say they are all about patient care, but their priority is really about efficiency/productivity and maximizing profits at the expense of the therapists sanity and quality of care for the patients.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
