      Good compensation and work-life balance, focus on patient experience

      Cons

      Too much politics and in-fighting among leadership, extremely low employee job satisfaction and engagement due to poor leadership. Quality of leadership in IT is extremely low

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
