      Pros

      The hours were good. The people I worked with were great. I have no more pros...but it's a twenty word minimum.

      Cons

      Understaffed, underpaid. Mgmt. needs to let staff do their jobs and quit nagging about how fast we are working. Etc

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
