      Pros

      Independent work environment & good people in the local offices.

      Cons

      Formerly an independent and locally owned medical center, it is now owned by a "big brother" company that the local employees never see in person. We only receive dictates from unknowns that have little knowledge about business in the local area.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
