Pros
The people you work with are the extremely nice. The management will try to hold you back if you are too good and they see you as a threat.
Cons
Compensation for 30 minute lunch break, and the fact that sometimes you do not get a lunch. They make you use all of your PTO except 40 hours at the end of the year. Yup, thats right, you can only save a weeks worth of PTO.
