Colleagues are usually nice and friendly. They make it a better place to work. Management should be more proactive about workplace drama.
Cons
No clear leadership, a lot of lip service, no follow through on anything, no incentive. Annual employee appreciation gift is a $10 voucher for humana merchndise, which sells out before we even get our voucher because Humana gets theirs first.
