Great experience for front office, because the front office staff is valued and has an important job to make patients feel welcomed. The back staff is also very valued and efficient at their jobs. Patient often comment on their skills. Some of the staff has been at Concentra a long time and are very knowledgable. The providers take good care of all the patients and compliment medical support team. The benefits are good. The people are fun to work with.
