Pros
Good group of providers who are over worked and expected to move patients through an antiquated linear system at a fast pace. They should have an experienced RN at each location not MAs only ( while it seems reasonable from a pure business model perspective, not good from a medical perspective).
Cons
EMR is antiqued and has lived it usefulness. They need a system not so linear and the ability for patients to use AI to enter information regarding worker's compensation injuries into system (Information regarding the details of their injuries)
