Pros

N/A , there were no pros.

Cons

Poor leadership, people who are not meant for leadership roles are in them. Micromanagement. Paid less than other healthcare companies in many roles. Expect to work longer hours and close later than told when hired. No recognition for hard work; no company perks. Extremely high turnover rate. Too fast paced to keep up with number of customers coming in. Companies model “one patient at a time” is not consistent with what management tells you. Extremely expensive insurance that offers little coverage. Hardly any 401k match. Accrued PTO, you don’t get benefits or start accruing PTO until after 90 days.

Pros

Work from home Mon -Fri

Cons

Management prioritizes unrealistic production metrics over the quality of patient care and employee well-being. The caseload is incredibly high, often forcing you to handle over a hundred workers' compensation cases simultaneously. This volume is made worse by constant IT system lags and an inadequate network of orthopedic doctors, leaving you stuck between frustrated patients and unhelpful insurance adjusters. Management offers very little support, relying on micromanagement to hit numbers rather than addressing the root causes of burnout. The compensation is also too low for the immense level of stress and volume required.
