      Pros

      Great work environment, lots of incentives and bonuses based on work performance, flexibility with schedule when needed, different opportunities within the company, managment is helpful and not only wants you to succeed but actively assists you to do so, busy work environment which makes the day fly by

      Cons

      The fact that the center does get extremely busy can also be a con at times

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
