      Pros

      Great place for opportunities to grow and develop a career, amazing culture, fantastic supportive leadership. I love the team approach and having multiple disciplines in one place to see a patient case from start to finish.

      Cons

      It can be very busy and hectic at times. Healthcare is constantly changing so we have to change and adapt to that and it can be a challenge at times.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
