Family oriented and friendly environment. The people that work here is what makes this company what it is. Patient/customer focused.
Cons
Poor pay, management makes decisions without understanding the business model. Revolving door and has gone through many restructuring models. Lay offs are happening again due to a poor purchase by Humana and poor decision making akills by upper management.
