      Pros

      Company has wonderful, positive philosophy as to how to treat our patients, clients and co-workers. I have experienced a very supportive management team and staff that care about doing a good job. I have freedom to make decisions within my center that will benefit how we operate. Back and front office have to be fast and accurate.

      I haven't found any, which is a great thing!

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
