Pros
There are no "Pros' that come to mind when I think about my experience there.
Cons
The "Cons" may be to numerous to list all. One of many negatives about the Concentra experience would be disengaged management. There is very little communication and management is trained to emphasize the negatives and minimize the positives. Hard work is not recognized keeping morale low for the purpose of turning over their staff every few years which a manager once admitted privately. There are no pay raises but they think nothing of adding more work to a already over worked underpaid staff. Most managers are also not qualified for their positions creating a difficult work environment.
