      Pros

      Fast paced Occ med/urgent care. Will learn alot about occupational med with supportive staff.

      Cons

      Busy clinics, Patient wait time can be a few hours due to scheduling structure. Occ Med f/u patients are scheduled appx every 20 mins (patients with company contracts) and then on top of that is walk in Urgent Care patients, DOT exams and drug screens. Staff and morale can get spread thin.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
