      Pros

      If you see a lot of patients, you can make some good bonus money.

      Cons

      High turnover of staff and low morale since management does not really care about employees and only cares about money. They don't respond to emails, texts or phone calls promptly.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
