      Pros

      Good 401k with match.

      Cons

      New "focus" every other week. Due to high turnover of providers and leadership in the clinics, it makes it difficult to let any of the new initiatives stick. IT and EMR need a lot of improvement. Poor development of center level leadership. Difficult to train new colleagues, when no one is hired until after others leave.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
