      steady hours, weekends and holidays off

      Cons

      Horrible values set from the top, people are petty and they only think of the numbers not the people. People who are promoted are not always the best or most qualified.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
