      The pay is not the worst

      Unreasonable workload Long hours No breaks Unethical metrics Unresponsive leadership Poor communication Unattainable/flawed bonus structure Too much emphasis on volume and the dollar over favorable medical outcomes High turnover rate that places stress and increased work load for existing providers Poor employee morale.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
