      Pros

      The only pro is you get holidays off.

      Cons

      You don’t get paid for holidays must use PTO if you want to get paid for the holiday. Management sucks. Higher ups are worse.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
