      Pros

      $25/hr is decent pay, but still not enough for what they ask you to do. Flexible with PTO

      Cons

      You are going to be overworked & micromanaged. They have you work the job of 3-4 people & expect it to be perfect with no complaints. They also use the seniority method, which is very outdated and shouldn’t matter.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
