      Pros

      I learned everything I needed to know about, Medical Work.

      Cons

      Short staff, lazy staff, bad management, micromanaging, rude managers, low pay. They don’t listen to you, they don’t value your time, they don’t care if you have a family emergency.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
