Pros
I've met some of the best people while working for the company. Without some of these people, I would've walked out a long time ago. You're overworked so much that these co-workers honestly do become your family.
Cons
This company is too focused on the dollar signs and not on patient care. Management doesn't listen to their employees on how to run a better center. Corporate has been trying be "sneaky" on taking away EARNED PTO and bonuses. Busy centers are penalized for having long wait times and then employees who give their all get no regonition or bonuses. People in "charge" have NO medical background which is INSANE.
