I built great work relationships with colleagues.
Cons
Poor leadership, no room for advancement. Since the acquisition of Concentra by Select Medical, there has been layoffs and overall moral is terrible. I highly suggest waiting until things stabilize before considering a job with this company, corporate or in a clinic. I predict it will take 2 years or more before there is a clear direction hear.
